Timeframe:
1. Sold products can be exchanged within 3 business days from the date of the purchase invoice.
2. Sold products can be returned within 3 business days from the date of the purchase invoice.
General Conditions:
1. The original purchase invoice must be presented to benefit from an exchange or return.
2. The product must be in its original packaging, free from scratches, in good condition, and with all accessories and manuals.
3. Customers are not entitled to return battery-operated electronic devices once installed.
4. Alwan Al Taif Al Khaleejia Company does not allow the return or exchange of products damaged due to misuse, such as scratches, breakage, power supply issues, or missing parts. Alwan Al Taif reserves the right to determine such cases.
5. Powering the product via generator electricity may damage some electrical components, and this will void the warranty.
6. Opened products with a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item after contacting the distributor and providing us with a written assessment confirming the defect. My factory
The customer will then be contacted within 2 business days to arrange the exchange.
7. If the products are returned and not exchanged for other products of the same or higher value, the price difference will be refunded using the same payment method.
